When does the tour officially begin and end?
The tour officially begins at the Welcome Reception hosted at the first hotel on the tour start date.
Details will be provided. The tour officially ends after final evening’s last scheduled activity.
Do I need a passport or visa?
Yes. Please be sure you have more than six (6) months of term before expiration date. If you hold a US passport, you are not required to obtain a visa. If you hold any other country passport, please contact your local consulate for more information.
Should I purchase travel insurance?
Yes! We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance, including COVID coverage. You can find a range of options at https://www.squaremouth.com/ or https://www.visitorscoverage.com/
Can I make monthly payments or use more than one payment method?
You have the option to place an initial deposit of $500 per person or pay in full. Payment in full is due November 15, 2022.

Can I add or subtract nights?
We offer two package options for each tour. We do not offer any deviations to the package options.
How much walking will we be doing?
The guided sightseeing excursions include a significant amount of walking. Please ensure you are
physically able to participate.
Do I have to participate in all scheduled tour activities?
You are not required to participate in all scheduled tour activities, however, no refunds are offered if
you choose not to participate.

Are there COVID testing requirements to travel?
COVID testing requirements for international travel are your responsibility. We will provide information recommended by the CDC and updated country requirements.
