The tour officially begins at the Hotel Welcome Reception. 

The tour officially ends after the last scheduled event on the last evening of the tour.

The tour itinerary is tentative and although unlikely, subject to change. J5 reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary. 

Game dates and times are subject to change. 

Player rosters are not guaranteed and subject to change.

 

Cancellation Policy 

To cancel your registration, you must notify J5 via email of your intention. The date this email is received is the date used to calculate penalties outlined below. All other funds paid shall be considered liquidated damages, which J5 submits as reasonable compensation for services rendered. 

 

Refunds are based on the following schedule: 

 70 days or more prior to departure:                   80% of the tour cost

   60-69 days prior to departure:                                     60% of tour cost

   50-59 days prior to departure:                                     25% of tour cost

   30-49 days prior to departure:                                     10% of tour cost

Less than 30 days:                                                      No refund
